Return Eligibility (Spare Parts)

  • Return Window: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase from AirBlue System is required.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Electrical components (such as PCBs, compressors, and sensors) that have been unpacked or connected to power are non-returnable due to the risk of installation error damage.

Service Cancellations

  • HVAC/Chiller Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule an Installation or Maintenance service booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment via WhatsApp or email.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
