- Services: Our HVAC/Chiller Installation and Maintenance services are executed based on standard engineering protocols. Any modifications, hidden site faults, or pre-existing system damage not disclosed before the service may result in adjustments to the final service fee.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments for spare parts must be cleared prior to dispatch unless an alternative credit agreement or corporate billing schedule (such as an AMC agreement) has been signed.
- Service charges are due upon completion of the installation or maintenance work unless otherwise stated in the official quotation.
4. Limitation of Liability
AirBlue System, its directors, and technicians shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages—including operational downtime, lost business revenue, or building damages—resulting from the improper use, self-installation of spare parts, or delay in service execution due to unforeseen external circumstances.
